@simplyjourneymen This is a known issue, but worry not The most likely reason is that HDMI-CEC (called Anynet+) is enabled on your TV, then this feature automatically switches to a new source if it powers on or is plugged in. Depending on the player you are using, the website in digital signage is embedded differently:

iframe for Web Preview / Samsung Tizen / LG WebOS players
webview for Chrome / Windows / Mac / Linux (Raspberry Pi) / Android (Amazon FireTV)

This is due to how HTML5 works. Iframe runs in a ‘sandbox’ as part of the browser window, whereas webview functions as a separate browser window. If the website you are trying to embed returns X-Frame-Options DENY/SAMEORIGIN header, the page cannot be displayed in an iframe because the website owner has forbidden it. However, the page is still rendered on our players that use webview instead.

in your case I see the website publisher has blocked iframe's, so two options:

You can contact the website maintainer or developer and ask them to lift the restriction.
You can use a player that displays the websites in a webview (see above) to bypass the restriction."

We actually have a feature where you can pause music in individual slides, check out this article; https://playsignage.com/support/playlists/#background-music, and in our FAQ, this;

"Can I pause the audio for some slides that have videos?
Yes, once you have added some background soundtracks, there is an additional option available in the slide settings. To find this setting open the slide for which you want to pause the music. Open slide settings (the page where you’d change slide duration) and click on the “Advanced” section."

Disabling notification is a feature that you can access from your profile by going to Profile -> Other setting. Sorry for not clarifying this in my privious answer. Let us know if this is something that works for your issue

@NextGenAds Hello and sorry for such long delay, we somehow missed the post. Yes I can see how those messages could affect the workflow, we will discuss this with development team and come back with some possible options.

Two possible solutions that come to mind at the moment: first, stacking the messages in a cascading format, and second, providing a user preference to toggle the popup message visibility.

If you have any additional ideas based on your experience, we'd love to hear your suggestions!

Hello, you can achieve this by using Tags and API calls. You can set a Tag, for example "discount" for a playlist that you want to show when temp is above 28deg and another Tag when it's below 28deg. You can call those Tags through our public API.
