    Hello,

First of all, I just signed up for an account and I'm loving what I see so far!

I'm looking to possibly start one of my new clients on Play Digital Signage instead of Signagelive to simplify the content management.

My client is a University and it's important for them to have a way to override whatever is on screens right now with emergency alerts. I browsed your documentation but so far haven't found anything about it.

I'd love to you use your software for this case but this feature is kind of a deal breaker.

Is it possible? Can you point me in the right direction?

Thank you for the kind words!

For this, you can use our Tags functionality.

When creating a tag, you assign a playlist to it. Then you can tag as many screens as you want with it. Once that is done, you'll be able to activate the tag for a selected period of time to override whatever is currently playing on the tagged screens.

Tag activation/deactivation can be done both in your web account and using our public api.

Check the YouTube video on this to learn more.

Let me know if this make sense.
