Conditionally show slides or playlists within a playlist based on one or more tags
-
Based on tags, it is possible to activate or change entire playlists. This is a powerful tool for dynamically managing content, for example based on external triggers or a third-party API.
However, I would like to propose an addition that I think can be valuable for many users.
The tag function would be even more powerful if it were possible to trigger one or more slides from a playlist. This way, the basic playlist remains active, but we can show or not show certain slides if the relevant tags are active.
This prevents the need to manage multiple parallel playlists with a lot of the same content. It also offers the possibility to apply multiple tags within a playlist.
Thanks for considering!

Hi Ermeco,
Thank you for taking the time to share your idea!
We really appreciate your thoughtful suggestion about extending the tag functionality to individual slides within a playlist. The ability to trigger specific slides based on active tags — while keeping the main playlist intact — is an interesting concept and could indeed offer greater flexibility, especially for users looking to streamline content management and avoid duplicating playlists.
We've noted your request and will keep it in mind as we continue to evaluate future improvements to the platform.
Thanks again for your input and for being part of the community!
Best regards,
Siim
