      Yes, creating effective digital signage content involves adhering to specific design guidelines to ensure that your messages are clear, visually appealing, and engaging for your target audience.

      Here are some key design guidelines for digital signage:

      Simplicity and straightforward messaging, High-contrast colors, readable fonts, font size, minimizing the amount of text and use of bullet points, only using high-quality images, brand consistency, keeping motion/animations subtle and purposeful, establishing content hierarchy, testing content before deploying, consider viewing time and prioritize critical info, keep content fresh and constantly updated, tailor your content to your audience, If your digital signage allows for interactivity, design user-friendly interfaces that encourage engagement without causing confusion, Follow accessibility guidelines to ensure that your content is accessible to individuals with disabilities. Provide alternatives for those with visual or hearing impairments.

        Thanks, I appreciate that! I just watched the video you posted about creating content, but I also understand that it's more related to my particular project than anything.

        Would it be possible for you guys to check out my content and tell me if there is something I should do differently?

          Absolutely, I'd love to go through your content!

          Can you please provide some insight for me;

          • What is the purpose of your digital signage content?
          • Who are the people watching your screens?
          • Where are the screens located?

            Hi Lars,

            The purpose is entertainment for visitors to the clinic.
            The visitors are patients or their relatives and friends, they range from 20 to 80 years in age, and all genders.
            We have 3 screens in the waiting area at every clinic. They are wall mounted, usually a bit up on the wall, but so that they are visible to whoever is in the waiting area.

            Let me know if you anything else.

                Hi, okay, it's actually very simple;

                Creating effective digital signage content requires simplicity and focus:

                High-contrast colors and readable sans-serif fonts ensure clarity, with font sizes appropriate for the screen’s placement and viewing distance.
                Keep text minimal, using short phrases or key points.
                Incorporate high-quality images and subtle animations that enhance rather than overwhelm your content. Highlight critical information in a clear hierarchy.

                Regularly update content to keep it fresh and relevant for your audience.

                Tailor your messages to your viewers’ demographics and environment.
                Create calming, inclusive entertainment for clinic waiting areas that are suitable for all ages.
