Samsung Tizen Unable To Download Play Signage Application

Hi Play Team!
I'm having this issue. I have a Samsung Tizen QM55C Screen, it is connected to the internet 100% I can access web pages in the built in browser and everything. but when I go to to download your application, and enter the url 'Https://t.playsignage.com' and try to download it, I always get the error 'Unable to connect to the server, please try again later'. Is this your url down, or is it something I'm doing wrong? Could you please help me? -

Hi, happy new years!
Most commonly the url is entered wrongly, typos can happen easily when typing with a tv remoteso make sure it's letter for letter 'https://t.playsignage.com'. Also note that the url is case sensitive, so the url that you typed here wouldn't work because of the capitalized 'H', all letters must be lowercased.

Yes, I have triple checked the URL by now, I can confirm its letter for letter correct, but I still get the same error, but again, I'm still connected to the internet also. Is there anything more I could do?

Ok, the next thing that happpens is that the time on the TV is set wrongly, so you can check that the Date & Time are 100% correct, if they are not then set them correctly and try again. Let me know here how it goes, if the time is right and it is still not working then we have to dive one step deeper.

Aha, I got it working now! You were right, my time on the TV was wrong, the date was right but the year was off by one. Thank you!
