Hello!
This is an very interesting idea and we will definitely add this request to the agenda of our next meeting!
Thank you for getting in contact!
Hi Ermeco,
Thank you for taking the time to share your idea!
We really appreciate your thoughtful suggestion about extending the tag functionality to individual slides within a playlist. The ability to trigger specific slides based on active tags โ while keeping the main playlist intact โ is an interesting concept and could indeed offer greater flexibility, especially for users looking to streamline content management and avoid duplicating playlists.
We've noted your request and will keep it in mind as we continue to evaluate future improvements to the platform.
Thanks again for your input and for being part of the community!
Best regards,
Siim

Ok, the next thing that happpens is that the time on the TV is set wrongly, so you can check that the Date & Time are 100% correct, if they are not then set them correctly and try again. Let me know here how it goes, if the time is right and it is still not working then we have to dive one step deeper.
Hi, happy new years!
Most commonly the url is entered wrongly, typos can happen easily when typing with a tv remote
so make sure it's letter for letter 'https://t.playsignage.com'. Also note that the url is case sensitive, so the url that you typed here wouldn't work because of the capitalized 'H', all letters must be lowercased.
Hello! To move already existing playlists into a folder, go to 'Playlists' then on top of the 'Create Folder' button you have a 'Select' checkbox. Check it and then you can select which ever playlists you desire, once all the according playlists are selected, click 'Cut' in the bottom, then move into the folder where you'd want these playlists to be and click 'Paste here'. This will move already existing playlists into a folder!
Great! Happy to help!
Right, good question! here is a support article for slide conditions. I'd suggest to watch the 3minute youtube video and by the end of it you'd know exactly how to make it happen!
https://playsignage.com/support/slide-conditions/
Absolutely, thatโs possible without needing to recreate the playlist multiple times. You can achieve this using slide conditions. The 'screen' condition would be an excellent fit for your situation. With this condition, you can also invert it, allowing you to select a slide and choose whether to display it on a specific screen or exclude it from a screen of your choice.
Hi there!
Great question! No, Trial Mode doesn't impose any limitations on features or performance compared to the production environment. The only difference is that trial screens will display a watermark during playback. Otherwise, you'll have full access to all the tools and functionality to explore everything Play Signage has to offer.
