    I see, that device is running Tizen 4.0 operating system. Unfortunately the issue you're having is due to the fact that the internal browser of the TV is very old, Tizen 4.0 comes with Chrome 56 embedded in it and there is no way to update it unfortunately. Now Microsoft has updated the plugin code for the PowerBI and they're using newer JavaScript functionality that simply is not present in the Chrome 56. For reference currently the newest Chrome is version 131. We have seen also Google Calendar updating their website with also newer features that makes displaying calendars on older devices impossible. It's sad that internal browser updates are not possible on professional series signage TV's like Samsung, but this also applies to LG devices.   • How to move playlists between folders?

    Hello! To move already existing playlists into a folder, go to 'Playlists' then on top of the 'Create Folder' button you have a 'Select' checkbox. Check it and then you can select which ever playlists you desire, once all the according playlists are selected, click 'Cut' in the bottom, then move into the folder where you'd want these playlists to be and click 'Paste here'. This will move already existing playlists into a folder!

    There are a couple of ways you can do that, but it really depends on what you have on your end and what protocols you can use.     @pioneerbaker Sorry for the delay, in this case you can use same playlist, but the performance of the video will depend on the media player you are using. Some lower end media players struggle with 4k content, so you might need to convert the video to a lower resolution for compatibility.     If you have a version 2.6 or older the app can't update automatically, and you would have to; Remove the screen from my.playsignage.com/screens Uninstall our app on the Raspberry PI Download and install our app on the Raspberry PI (Download it here: https://playsignage.com/setup/raspberry-pi-digital-signage/#download) Add a new screen in my.playsignage.com/screens using the code displayed on the screen. If you have a newer version of our app it should automatically update every time we release a new build, however this doesn't mean your RPI will update the same day we release, as we have thousands of RPI's around the world so we have to use a technology called staging. If there is a feature you're missing and you need it now, you can reach out using our live chat and then we can force an update remote. I hope this helps.

    I think you're trying to publish a playlist that is assigned to a group with no screens. You may need to move your screen(s) from another group or assign the playlist to another group.

    Hi, It sounds like the issue might be related to the video quality. If the bitrate or resolution is too high, some lower-end devices may struggle to play it smoothly. You could try re-encoding the videos using a tool like HandBrake to make them more compatible.
