@NextGenAds Disabling notification is a feature that you can access from your profile by going to Profile -> Other setting. Sorry for not clarifying this in my privious answer. Let us know if this is something that works for your issue [image: 1740410155161-e9668e91-3bbb-4678-806d-1203f5f4b120-image.png]

Hello, you can achieve this by using Tags and API calls. You can set a Tag, for example "discount" for a playlist that you want to show when temp is above 28deg and another Tag when it's below 28deg. You can call those Tags through our public API. I am afraid not, you can only share a playlist with teams where you are the owner.

Hi, Yes, there are actually several regulations that you'd have to take into consideration when creating digital signage for the public space. Keep in mind that regulations for the use of digital signage in public spaces can vary significantly depending on the country, region, and local jurisdiction. It's essential to be aware of and comply with relevant laws and regulations to ensure responsible and legal deployment of digital signage. Here are some aspects to consider: Local Zoning and Land Use Regulations Permitting and Licensing Content Restrictions Accessibility Compliance Traffic and Safety Regulations Environmental Impact Privacy Concerns Historic or Cultural Preservation Size and Placement Restrictions Local Business Regulations Community Input and Consultation To navigate the regulatory landscape effectively, consider consulting with local authorities, legal professionals, or regulatory experts who can provide specific guidance based on the jurisdiction where you plan to deploy digital signage. Staying informed about the applicable regulations is crucial to avoid legal issues and ensure the responsible use of digital signage in public spaces.

Hi, okay, it's actually very simple; Creating effective digital signage content requires simplicity and focus: High-contrast colors and readable sans-serif fonts ensure clarity, with font sizes appropriate for the screen’s placement and viewing distance. Keep text minimal, using short phrases or key points. Incorporate high-quality images and subtle animations that enhance rather than overwhelm your content. Highlight critical information in a clear hierarchy. Regularly update content to keep it fresh and relevant for your audience. Tailor your messages to your viewers’ demographics and environment. Create calming, inclusive entertainment for clinic waiting areas that are suitable for all ages.

These considerations may vary by location and industry, but some common legal aspects include; Copyright and Intellectual Property, Trademark Compliance, Privacy Laws, Accessibility Compliance, Defamation and Libel, Local Regulations and Permits, Data Protection Laws, Emergency Messaging Compliance, Public Performance Rights. It's important to consult with legal professionals or specialists familiar with digital signage regulations in your specific location and industry. Staying informed about legal requirements helps you avoid potential legal issues and ensures that your digital signage content is both effective and compliant with the law.

I see, that device is running Tizen 4.0 operating system. Unfortunately the issue you're having is due to the fact that the internal browser of the TV is very old, Tizen 4.0 comes with Chrome 56 embedded in it and there is no way to update it unfortunately. Now Microsoft has updated the plugin code for the PowerBI and they're using newer JavaScript functionality that simply is not present in the Chrome 56. For reference currently the newest Chrome is version 131. We have seen also Google Calendar updating their website with also newer features that makes displaying calendars on older devices impossible. It's sad that internal browser updates are not possible on professional series signage TV's like Samsung, but this also applies to LG devices. Here is the table of the Chrome versions in Samsung: https://developer.samsung.com/smarttv/develop/specifications/web-engine-specifications.html [image: 1735918951767-a7e8b1fa-e172-4796-bac5-d5b535322cdb-image.png] Unfortunately if you need to keep using powerBI, I'd recommend purchasing a Amazon Signage Stick and plugging it into the computer. Android platform is architected better in the sense that browser updates are decoupled from the operating system, so Android players will not expire in this manner. https://playsignage.com/player/amazon-signage-stick/

Hello! To move already existing playlists into a folder, go to 'Playlists' then on top of the 'Create Folder' button you have a 'Select' checkbox. Check it and then you can select which ever playlists you desire, once all the according playlists are selected, click 'Cut' in the bottom, then move into the folder where you'd want these playlists to be and click 'Paste here'. This will move already existing playlists into a folder!

There are a couple of ways you can do that, but it really depends on what you have on your end and what protocols you can use. One option is YouTube streaming, https://playsignage.com/support/youtube/ Another option would be the HLS/RTSP/RTMP streaming, https://playsignage.com/support/stream/ And finally, you could stream directly from a webcam using the Video Input plugin; https://playsignage.com/support/video-input/ Let me know if you need more on one or more topics.

@pioneerbaker Sorry for the delay, in this case you can use same playlist, but the performance of the video will depend on the media player you are using. Some lower end media players struggle with 4k content, so you might need to convert the video to a lower resolution for compatibility. In case you need to convert the video, there is a excellent tool called Handbrake for that, you can find more info here: https://playsignage.com/support/handbrake/
